Jane studied at Chelsea School of Art followed by a fine art degree course at Hornsey Art School. A practicing artist for over 30 years, she works from a studio in Hackney, North London.  Her work has been exhibited in both public and private sectors.

In her studio current work in progress is pinned up, usually several different works at a time. This may involve a number of themes and different techniques concurrently, one thing feeds another, all are loosely related.
